- Every application for school leaving certificate shall be made in writing by the parent/guardian on the prescribed from.
- A fee Rs. 100/- will be charged for a Transfer Certificate and this will be issued only three days after the receipt of an application.
- Any student who applies for T.C. after having left the school without prior application will pay the fees up to date of application for the T.C.
- No student should be withdrawn from the school without having issued T.C.
The name of the student will be struck off from the school rolls for:-
A. Non-payment of fees and other dues (if any) for 30 days after the last date of payment.
B. Absence of a student without leave information to the school for 15 consecutive days.
